Post: Your machine fucked up.
So uhm, yesterday “we” went to the mall for a quick shopping spree for my fur kids.
As we were about to exit, the parking ticket in which we had paid was refused by the ticket machine thingy at the exit, so we had to go all the way to the help counter somewhere on the same floor to verify it.
I waited in the car and after a while I saw my boyfriend getting irritated. I went to check and guess what happened.
THE ATTENDANT TOLD US THAT THE TICKET WAS A 5 DAY OLD TICKET AND REPETITIVELY ASKING US WHERE’S OUR ACTUAL TICKET LIKE WE WERE MORONS! THE FUCK WAS THAT?!
We insist that, that WAS the ticket we received after making payment at the machine and the attendant was making sarcastic remarks like “this is magic, this never happened before”,etc and asked us again where’s our ticket.
I was getting really pissed and told him specifically that this is the only ticket we received and why the hell would we keep a 5 day old ticket and come asking about it. It’s not like we’ve been stranded in the mall for 5 days!! We just paid like friggin’ 5 minutes ago and even received our balance.
To make things short, after an annoying pointless q&a session, FINALLY realizing that this is going no where, one of the staff went to check the machine and found another ticket which was originally ours and I’m pretty much sure it wasn’t there after we paid.
OK. That was a relief but seriously, this is why I hate customer service ppl.
Look, i know you people hate your job, that doesn’t give u any right to treat ppl like idiots.
I’m an easy-going person, i’ll respect you regardless of what u do, but I just can’t stand it when you do a half-assed effort in tending to customers.
